Shipping and payment
If you've placed an order then you will receive a confirmation. They are ordered by your products and the selected payment option.
There are several options for sending and paying your order.
- Cash to pick: You can pick your order and pay on the spot: Nijverheidslaan 21, 8560 Gullegem. For directions by car or train seeroute.
- Electronic payment: Whether you pay in advance to account 979-6482686-84 of Levensstroom stating your invoice number. - cash on delivery: Either you choose to pay cash on delivery. Then you pay the postman or courier. You can then retrieve your mail at the post office and pay. Then you can pick up your package at a post office and pay. With a cash on delivery will be charged a surcharge of € 7.50. This surcharge is unfortunately necessary to cover the additional costs that this entails payment.
- Paypal: In the future there will also be able to pay with Paypal. With Paypal you can safely with your Paypal account, Mastercard or Visa payment. Once payment is received, the order will be sent, along with the bill. Delivery within Belgium is 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays!) And abroad 2 to 4 days, also weekends and holidays niet included.
By not paying the bill within the prescribed time limit, delay interest is payable at a rate of 10 percent per month of the invoice from the due date (1 month after the order) by right and without prior notice. Unless you want to cancel the order. See below.
Prices
The prices for the products and services are in €, including VAT, any taxes or other taxes, and excluding payment of transportation costs unless otherwise specified or agreed in writing.
Returns
You have the right under certain conditions you order within 8 days to return or exchange.
The goods can be returned / exchanged if they are in their original packaging intact and are not used and are intact. If you have a product you should return the invoice, which you have received your order, also agreed to send.
Offers and discounted items can not be taken back or exchanged.

The customer pays the cost of return.

Cancel
Of course it may happen that an order for some reason no longer desirable. By Levensstroom you have the opportunity to cancel orders. Levensstroom charges no fee to cancel the order. An order must be canceled within 8 days after the order day
How to cancel? The quickest and easiest way to order your undoing, is to send an e-mail to our general email address. In the mail you mentioned the name of the order is placed, the products and the order number. We also like to know the reason for cancellation.
